An old nightclub by the malecon outside city center, beautiful outdoor scene, good dancers, proyecto rueda performs there on most nights

The most famous waterfront boulevard that is used as a local hangout spot, to socialize or just people watching.

Calle obispo

The most touristy street with tons of stores, markets, restaurants, etecsa, cadeca, museums etc

The cemetary where columbus supposingly has been barried once before his remails have been taken to Spain.

Plaza de la revolution

The name speaks for itself. A place to visit to see the enormous che on the wall, bit outside of the city center, walkable too but our tour toke the whole afternoon

Museo de la revolution

Loaded with information about the revolution and events that have happened after. Spectacular beautiful building!

China town

Interesting area in Havana, chinese food is not really chinese but the entrance looks impressive

Casa de la musica

A must visit, the best cuban musicians playing at matineas in Miramar, entrance about 25cuc and it will be packed now that the other casa de la musica in the center is closed.

The legendary upscale cabaret. Fine dining. Shows start 75cuc dinner 25cuc. They say that you haven’t been to havana if you haven’t been to tropicana. Santiago has a similar show at half price.

Fabrica arte cubano

The place to go to. Thursday-Sunday. Young artists, arts and music and a restaurant.

Fabrica de tobacco

See how cuban cigars are made and buy some instead of from the streets. Outside the city center will need a car transportation.

Visit hemingway’s favourite location in havana

A bit upscale neighborhood with stunning colonial buildings

Old havana

Old square with the cathedral behind the corner. Nice place to visit, usually very tranquil, some people attracting tourists with their dance or children playing football. Restaurants, museums, stores.
National ballet or conjunto folclorico (more african influenced dance)

If you have a chance definitely go enjoy these world class performances! Also ask for a contemporary ballet performances, might be worth it!
